Intensive SAT Prep Classes for the June 2012 SAT PDF Print E-mail

Make plans to take advantage of our highly successful SAT Classes and be ready for the June 2nd SAT test.  Students are coming regularly to the Tuesday 5:00pm and Thursday 5:00pm SAT Reading and Writing classes as well as the Saturday morning (10:00 am) math prep sessions.  Each session offers specific instruction geared toward helping students understand how the test questions align with their classroom-gained knowledge.  We teach them exactly which strategies they need to master and how to recognize and understand problems/questions that even the best students often miss.

Students may take any combination of classes to meet their needs.  We offer on-going small group classes in Reading Comprehension, Math, and Writing. Those classes meet each week on either Tuesday, Thursday, or Saturday morning. Individuals who prefer private sessions may schedule them at their convenience.

To help students prepare for the June 2nd SAT, Intensive SAT Prep Classes will be held on May 21-25th.  They are offered at the following times:

  1:00-4:00pm   Reading Comprehension and Writing

  4:00-5:30pm  Math.

Students may attend both sessions or just one session, depending on their needs. Private, one-on-one sessions will be available the next week.  Registration begins April 9th.  Class space is limited. Students usually see significant improvement in their SAT scores after completing SAT prep instruction with our excellent instructors. Please call 706-860-8585 for pricing and discount options.

What Do We Do? We Connect Tutors and Students! Print E-mail

logo

M.A.E.S. Education Center connects great tutors with students and parents seeking superior educational services to guide individuals toward their peak performance at school, in their careers, and in life. Call or email  us to ask if we can match your student - or yourself- with a talented tutor.  We will  match the student and tutor and find a time and date to fit both schedules. Our youngest students are in elementary school; our oldest students are college students  or adults preparing to return to college or graduate school.

Many students find great success by meeting just one hour a week with a tutor. The private, one-on-one format allows the tutor quickly to identify a student's weaknesses and to teach concepts or lessons that need to be covered. The tutor will use the student's school's curriculum as a guide.  This ensures that the material covered with the tutor is exactly what the student is working on at school. We do not have a pre-established "canned program" that we try to fit to the student's needs.

MAES has no initial testing fee and no registration fee, and no long-term commitments!  We charge an hourly fee that is payable when services are rendered. Because our tutors are not always available, it is best to reserve a particular time and day for a regular appointment in order to make sure the tutor of your choice is available when the student needs an appointment.

We offer a variety of support services for elementary, middle school, high school, and college students. Whether you need tutoring, full-length, homeschool courses, or guidance to help you prepare for college and life after high school, we have professionals who can help you achieve your goals.
